I can’t thank the team at Ace Auto & Tire enough. I don’t think I’ve ever been as impressed with a mechanic as I was with them. I work just around the corner from the shop, and from the very beginning they went above and beyond. Instead of telling me I needed to arrange a tow, Rob (I hope I have his name right!) actually walked over to my work, jumped my car, and brought it to the shop to diagnose the problem. They even took it back and forth twice, and I don’t think they charged me for any of that. Most shops would have required a tow, which can be expensive if you don’t have roadside assistance or AAA. They diagnosed the issue quickly (it’s a long story!), and Rob personally kept me updated every step of the way. Rather than making me call for updates, he walked over to my workplace to explain everything that was going on. He also let me know they could complete the repair the very same day, which is something I’ve never experienced with a mechanic—especially not at a dealership. I wasn’t able to move forward with the repair that first day, so Rob jumped my car again and brought it back to my work. I’m was a long time customer of this business. Today I came in at 4:39 pm just needing a plug. Was told by the attendant that I already put my equipment away. I said so you’re closed. Mind you website clearly states hours of operation are until 5:00 pm. I am not one who writes reviews but this place seems to be under new ownership. As the customer service has dropped below zero. It’s a shame because after ten plus years as a customer I am sorry to leave.

Came for a quick air refill but ended up getting a full tire inspection. The guy spotted uneven wear on the front tires and advised switching them to extend life. No pressure sales, just practical advice. Small thing, but it shows they actually observe the condition properly.

Very disappointed with this place I needed an alignment for my car I called to let them know how much an alignment would be. They gave me a price and told me I can come down whenever when I got there I parked my car waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. There was a couple of guys that worked there saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me for about 15 minutes. Once they acknowledged me the guy asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an alignment and he Rudely said maybe tomorrow keyword Maybe !!!!!!It’s very disappointing when I waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and then just blow me off And tell me maybe tomorrow they can do the alignment for me I will never be back to this place as they were super rude and unprofessional and I recommend you guys not to go here. There is a lot of other better places to go.

WOW — what a warm welcome! Thank 😊 you "Josh!" Thank 😊 you Jay! 2. I chose this shop because they were recommended and because there were no other experiences shared by WOMEN on their Google Reviews. In my teaching days, I emphasized a core marketing concept: “Small businesses live and die by their Google Ratings.” This visit proves how very, VERY true that is. Oh and it only took 14 minutes to plug a tire!
